Unfortunately, once we have passed your parcel to the courier, it is the responsibility of the courier to fulfil the requested delivery service. Please note that given the current situations many deliveries are continuing to take longer than usual. As such we cannot be held liable for any late deliveries.
If you have selected 1st class, whilst this aims to be a next day delivery service it is not a tracked or guaranteed timeframe delivery. Many 1st class parcels can take 1-3 working days and sometimes longer.
If you have selected a tracked service your parcel should arrive within the time stated after dispatch. For example if your parcel is dispatched on tracked 24, it should arrive the next day after dispatch.
