Lovely personalised T-shirt – the kids love them and the material is really soft. My husband commented that his was a nice fit. The age 2-3 was a little on the small side so for anyone ordering that in future I’d maybe size up.

The T-shirts took a little longer to come than anticipated (expected dispatch was the 1st and weren’t dispatched until the 10th). It was a bank holiday weekend and I think half-term impacted turnaround. We got them well ahead of when they were needed but it would be good to update the system to show realistic dispatch times. Other than that, the customer service was great with quick and friendly responses to emails and Victoria was happy to make the T-shirts to a different design than offered on the website which was fab!
