OUR RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns/exchanges on our items as all items are made to order. We do however want all of our customers to happy. If you have any questions ahead of ordering, regarding size, design, or anything else – please do get in touch!

We aim to provide an exceptional service and quality of product ever time – however we accept that sometimes things go wrong. If you do have a problem or issue with your order to please contact us so we can help.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to request a cancellation on your order for any reason, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this time has passed your order will have moved to being processed and cannot be cancelled. This is due to the items being made to order, and materials may already be invested into your order after 24 hours has passed.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)

As above we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items as they are made to order, however if you have a problem and we do offer a return, we will provide you with the instructions on how to do so.

RETURNS COSTS

In the event that you contact us and we require the item to be returned, we’re sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns. Returns must be made at your own cost.

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unfortunate and hopefully very unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please first contact us so that we can help rectify this issue for you. In any scenario – contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order, after this period has passed we would be unable to assist.

If a return is agreed, the goods have to be undamaged and unused. Goods must not be damaged, soiled, used, washed or worn (other than to try the item on). Goods that fall into any of these categories will void any offered return.
